Arri ALEXA 35 owner/operator, also owner of modern and vintage cinema lenses and with considerable 16mm and 35mm shooting experience.
Ryan is a versatile cinematographer, working across commercial, drama, documentary, tourism, and music videos. Recently running as the 2nd Unit DOP on dramas Panthers and Uproar, Ryan is well versed in long-form production and runs his department efficiently.
Over the last decade, he has shot commercials for international clients including Nike, Puma, Samsung, FedEx, and Apple. He has also worked on numerous music videos for the likes of Six60, Courtney Barnett, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Troy Kingi, and Melodownz.
His dramatic works have screened at TIFF, Berlinale, and MIFF to name a few international festivals. Ryan was selected to participate in the Berlinale Talent Campus program and The American Society of Cinematographers Master Class graduate.
