Bio
I’ve been working as a Camera Op and DP in New Zealand for twenty-five years. Ever since jumping on a studio camera at Canterbury Television for Cry TV in 2000, I was hooked. My work has been seen at film festivals, at cinemas, and national and international television networks. I’ve even had a few awards from the New Zealand Cinematographer’s Society over the years too.
Collaborating with a Director and DP to achieve their vision for a project is one of the aspects of cinematography I enjoy the most, and I take pride in achieving great pictures as well as working hard with the crew to ensure we make the day.
I bring a wealth of experience and techniques to narrative lighting and shooting from working on a diverse range of projects, genres and disciplines over the years.
