Synopsis

Michael can't stand the thought of not being around to look after his daughter anymore. But when one of her lungs fails and she falls into a coma, he is willing to sacrifice everything in order for her to survive. Leaving behind a loving home video for his daughter, Michael undergoes a perilous lung transplant; one that might save her life, but could likely end his. While unconscious on the operating table, Michael delves into the recesses of his mind, recalling experiences he shared with his own father, and uncovering memories that could help both of them survive. If he is to ever see his daughter again, Michael must summon a strength from deep within himself; a strength that he had perhaps forgotten, and that his father might hold the key to. But what chance does he have when each breath he takes could be his last?
