I’ve been working in the New Zealand film industry since 1998, specializing as Prop Master, on large scale international productions.
Recently I’ve moved into Production Designing on shows such as Wellington Paranormal S4 (2021), and local NZ features including 'Going Going' (2021) and 'Its All About You' (2022).
I have a strong background in VFX, which has been immensely beneficial, particularly in my role as Prop Master for the Avatar Sequels (2018-2021).
I'm experienced in big budget international feature films, NZ features, TV Dramas and TVCs.
I have a particular interest in period productions.
I hold an NZ gun license with theatrical endorsements, which is logistically useful but I am not an Armourer. I leave that to the experts!
All projects have their own unique challenges and that's what makes me excited about working in film.
Estimating + managing budgets, prop manufacture + sourcing, leading (and working within) a team of enthusiastic and talented people is what I love to do.
