Full Time | $60,000 – $75,000 + Super (Depending on Experience)

Vito Media is a fast-growing creative agency based in Brisbane, producing high-impact content for leading automotive, lifestyle, and adventure brands across Australia. From social reels to docu-style series, we bring stories to life with a cinematic edge and a down-to-earth approach.

We’re looking for a full-time Video Editor to join our team and help us deliver scroll-stopping, story-driven content across a range of clients and platforms.

About the Role

You’ll be working closely with our creative team to produce both short-form and long-form video content. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling instincts, an eye for pacing, and the ability to adapt to a range of visual styles depending on the client or campaign. 

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging video content using the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Work across a variety of content formats – including social media, branded content, and long-form/TV-style edits
• Collaborate with videographers, producers, and the wider team to deliver on creative briefs
• Maintain consistent visual and brand identity across different client work
• Meet project timelines while staying flexible with client and internal feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a video editor (agency, studio, or freelance background welcomed)
• Confidence using the Adobe Creative Suite – especially Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Ability to match different editing styles, with attention to tone and target audience
• Strong understanding of pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling
• Experience with long-form, docu-style, or TV content is highly regarded
• Experience with social media reel edits for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects at once
• Collaborative mindset and a willingness to work as part of a dynamic, creative team

Brisbane-based preferred. Remote/hybrid options can be discussed for the right candidate.
