Videographer/Photographer - Bleo

Join Bleo, a fast-growing cinematic content and production company shaping bold stories and inspiring global audiences. We're looking for a multi-talented Videographer & Photographer to join our crew – someone with a cinematic eye, a sharp editing edge, and the passion to travel, create, and lead with purpose.

About the Role

This is not your typical content role. You’ll be diving into a hybrid, hands-on position that combines directing, shooting, editing, and collaborating with our creative and post teams. One day you're on the ground filming a high-impact commercial, the next you’re capturing emotive stills for a global brand. We anticipate the shooting component will be 80% of the roll and the remaining 20% editing. We shoot across Australia and beyond, and we’re after someone with the flexibility and hunger to roll with us as we scale worldwide.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering cinematic-quality video content as a DP across commercial, branded, and documentary-style formats
• Shooting high-end photography (lifestyle, product, portraits, and events)
• Editing both video and photo content to a professional standard
• Working closely with our producers and creative directors to bring bold ideas to life
• Helping train and guide junior shooters and editors within the Bleo family
• Travelling nationally and internationally for productions as required

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a videographer with cinematic DP-level work in your portfolio
• Proficiency in editing with Adobe Premiere Pro (bonus for After Effects, Lightroom & Photoshop)
• Strong photography skills across diverse environments and lighting conditions
• A sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, and emotion
• A positive, grounded attitude – willing to be trained, and open to train others
• High adaptability and composure in fast-paced, on-location shoots
• A current passport and full availability to travel for short and extended periods
• A deep love for creativity, people, and purpose-driven work
