Bio
Alun Bollinger, also known as AlBol, is one of New Zealand's most respected and talented cinematographers, having worked with filmmakers Peter Jackson, Gaylene Preston, Vincent Ward and Geoff Murphy. He is the subject of the biographical film Barefoot Cinema: The Art and Life of Cinematographer Alun Bollinger (2008). He was made a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit in the Queen's 2005 Birthday Honours.
