Production Accountant for Viva La Dirt League

Viva La Dirt League is looking for a part time Production Accountant.

We are a vertically integrated Production Company that produces and distributes our own content. We shoot 4 blocks a year, each blocking being 3-4 weeks + one off shoots throughout the year.

The role would be part time - initially 20 hours per week on a 12 month contract.We are looking for someone who can:

• Manage Payroll, a range of employees and contracts. Payroll is processed fortnightly
• Process AP
• Petty Cash management
• Build and manage Cashflow that aligns with the Budget and Production Schedule
• Monthly Cost Reporting to the Producers

We have an external Accounting Company that handles all the Business Finances, GST returns, Annual Returns/Reports etc. You would be working closely with this team.

This person would need to work with;

• Xero
• Dext (petty cash credit cards like to Xero)
• ANZ ADO system
• GSuite (Google Sheets etc.)

This person would need to have experience setting up accounting systems and procedures. There is room for the job to grow and make changes to process that might better suit.
