A production triple threat, Jaunnie has carved out an exciting career in film + television. She cut her teeth on set on large scale Hollywood feature films and TV series on location. She jumped in with the same passion to soak up new knowledge in Film Development + the Indigenous Department at Screen Australia/Australian Film Commission for eight years. It proved to be invaluable, managing hundreds of onscreen projects at different stages every week, whilst developing story ideas of her own.

At the time of the covid outbreak, Jaunnie returned to Aotearoa from her Melbourne base to work on an American drama feature, whilst prepped to take a spectacular showcase of Australian Indigenous performers to the World Expo in Dubai. Her destiny had different plans however, and she assisted her father in producing a highly successful and critically acclaimed TV series, with an incredible Polynesian production team, helmed by Showrunners Tom Hern and Halaifonua Finau, and Television New Zealand.
