Bio

I am an Auckland based make up artist who loves all forms of creating. I have a certificate with Merit in fashion makeup from SRA which covered makeup for the fashion, beauty and the film industries and included an introduction to special effects make-up. Since graduating I have been free-lancing in my spare time doing special occasion makeup and teaching private lessons. I have also worked in administration and PA roles for 10 years so am a very organised and efficient person who is a great communicator and can bring calm and humour to any chaotic environment.

I have not worked in film or television before but it is an industry I have always dreamed to be a part of. I love working in a collaborative team environment and always work with other artists when possible because I believe we push each other to new creative limits. I am a positive, bubbly and very hard working person and love nothing more than seeing a project come to fruition. I can think on my feet, problem solve under pressure and adjust quickly when plans need to be changed and all stops need to be pulled out.

I have the freedom and flexibility to assist on projects as an entry-level make up artist or as an assistant in other art departments and would really appreciate any opportunities to work in the near future.
