Mark Lapwood NZCS ACS, an acclaimed cinematographer with over 25 years of professional experience, has made his mark in the world of documentaries, television commercials, music
videos, and feature films.

He earned prestigious accreditation with the Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS) in 2006 and the New Zealand Cinematographers Society (NZCS) in 2021.

His work displays mastery in lighting design and camera
operating when filming in the studio and on locations around the world. Mark’s cinematography is characterised by a keen eye for natural beauty,capturing the essence of people, landscapes, architecture, and wildlife in a unique and appealing way.

Mark's work revolves around crafting compelling visual narratives, skilfully weaving together sequences that convey powerful storytelling.

Industry giants such as Netflix, National Geographic, Discovery, BBC, UK Channel 4, SBS, and the NZ Film Commission have entrusted Mark with their feature and series projects.
