Project C Studios is Brisbane's newest podcast and content studio, built by podcasters ... for podcasters and located just off James Street.

After booking hundreds of studio sessions for ourselves and our clients we could never find the studio we wanted ... so we built it.

Our studio is designed to be fully customisable to suit your brand and aesthetic and our priority is to always make you look, feel and sound your best.

You'll also be working across our creative sibling TBC Studios.

A bit about them .... At TBC Studios we've landed every podcast we've ever produced on the top charts ... but that's not why people choose to work with us.

The Role:

We're not just searching for someone who 'likes making content'

We're looking for someone who is obsessed with it.

You know what's trending but more importantly you know why.

You can craft a hook, spot the exact moment in a podcast that will build connection and create content that keeps people engaged not just through the words spoken but the effects and text used as well.

You'll be involved in content creation and managing social channels not just for Project C and TBC Studios but working with some incredible founders, creators and brands to produce content that builds genuine connection.

What you'll Actually Do:

This role works alongside our producers and video editors to ensure everyone has everything they need to be able to do their job correctly.

You will:

• Prepare, sync and upload all video footage for our producers to work on

• Brief in files to relevant team members matching timestamps with raw files

• Export files to and send over to clients for review

• Shadow our video editor through the editing process and learn this process

• Potential to be involved in content creation for TBC Studios and Project C as well

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience with Davinci, Premiere and the Adobe Suite

• Have incredible attention to detail and love a check-list

• Are extremely organised

• Are obsessed with TikTok and IG, and already creating content for yourself or others

• Are proactive, take initiative and are a naturally fast learner

• Genuinely care about the success of your clients, your team and creating work that you are proud of

• Always want to stay ahead of the curve and find ways to innovate and stand out

• Set high standards for yourself and love a fast paced environment

• Have worked with founders or personal brands in the past (or would love to)

• Are a reliable, fast and clear communicator
