About the role

The role is for a fixed-term full-time Digital Producer of a senior level, you must live and be able to work in Auckland, New Zealand. If you want to be a part of PHQ please apply with CV and relevant links.

You’ll need:

• 5+ years experience in creative/digital in a Producer/Project Manager/Account Manager role
• Proficient understanding of project management, digital, creative, website and production processes
• Experience in a fast-paced advertising or marketing agency environment, including exposure to the APAC region.
• Experience supporting delivery to project timelines, budgets and resources for marketing campaigns, ensuring high level of attention to detail.
• Confidence in using Google Sheets to efficiently receive briefs and track copy deliverables.
• Managing communication between internal team and external stakeholders.
• Understanding creative processes and design timeline from ideation stage to project finish; and being familiar with design tools eg. Figma for design review.
• An undeniable passion for creative and digital solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Experience collaborating on technical projects with creative and development teams
