The Opportunity: As a Broadcast Support Technician at Seven, you will play a vital role in supporting the production needs of flagship programs like Sunrise, The Morning Show, 7NEWS, and major broadcast events from our South Eveleigh studios. You’ll be hands-on with the latest digital and 2110 IP technology, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 broadcast environment.In this role, you will be supporting studio production equipment, Field/ENG production equipment, and broadcast infrastructure, including Master Control, Editing, Transfers (Ingest/News Exchange), Graphics, and control rooms. The position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and rectification of video, audio, and broadcast-related IT systems. This position involves 24/7 shift work on a rotating roster to support Seven’s operational needs.
